     1. It does center around a girl, a special kind of a girl, completely and totally consumed by her need for revenge.

   How is everyone doing? Anything exciting going on in your lives? Did you notice that it's the second day of October? Seriously, where has the year gone?
  Okay okay. I know you're not here to talk about random stuff. I'm just being mean. :)

   Anyway.

   I know I've been hinting on some big things happening in Valia Universe and here we finally are!
 
   You may be asking yourself: BOOKS? as in PLURAL?

   THAT'S RIGHT!!!! And you won't even have to wait that long!!

   I HAVE TWO BOOKS COMING OUT IN THE NEXT 5 MONTHS!!!!! *HAPPY DANCE*

   First, there's a new series in the works. Anyone here likes YA Thrillers? Science Fiction? Kick butt heroines? Well, you get ALL of that!
   That's right. Soon and very soon, you will have, in your little hands a YA heroine kicking butt in a thriller/sci fi adventure!

 

   Guys, I'm so stinking excited about this book. I can't even tell you just how excited I am. But you can tell, a little, by this wonderful Supernatural gif :)

   Now, onto the other book. A lot of you have been asking me this particular question and I'm glad that I finally have an answer for you.

   YES. THERE WILL BE BOOK 3 IN THE FALLING SERIES.

   I can't tell you much about the book, but I can tell you that it follows a certain character from Edge of Falling who's been getting a lot of love.

   And yes, I'm talking about Jackson.

   I'm super excited to be writing his story and I hope you're just as excited to read it!

Friday Teaser!

   Hey lovelies,

   Sorry I missed this weeks Tuesday Teaser! Things are happening and things are terrifying. But good things. I'll be sharing those things soon, but for now, here is some goodness from Falling Book Two. Meet Jackson. Dakota's adorable brother. Enjoy!

   "Anything exciting going on at school today?" I ask, taking a soothing sip of my coffee. Or nectar of life. Whichever name works. 
   "Nope. Just the regular, boring stuff." Even after all these years, I still wish he was going to the same high school as me. But the year he was supposed to test, he was incredibly sick and didn't make the deadline. After that, the school closed admissions for a year and by then it was too late. 
   "Did you get your math book from the living room?"
   "Yes, Mother dearest. I have all my books and homework and lunch money." 
   "Don't let them bullies take that away from you, you hear?" He rolls his eyes, because I say this almost every morning. I don't care. He just gets to deal. Although at almost six feet, with a body of a football player, my little brother can more than take care of himself. Doesn't stop me from worrying. We tease each other relentlessly, but before I leave, I always make sure to tell him I love him. 
   Because you really should hear those words from someone in your life every day.

   Hey lovelies,

   Okay, I know you've all been waiting to hear things about book two. Some of you have asked, some of you have hinted, and I just vaguely smiled and waved at you passing by. I'm SORRY! Really, I am. Falling by Design (Excerpt #3)

      Hello darlings, 

      So we are only 8 days away from Falling by Design release day and OMW, I'm freaking out just a little. Okay, maybe a lot. Maybe more than a lot. 

      Anyway, that's not important right now. What's important is that I have another little excerpt for you. Enjoy!

I move away, heading to the opposite side of the store and away from Grayson. I know leaving him in the vicinity of Dakota may be dangerous, but I really don't have a choice now. I'll probably embarrass myself more if I stay. I'm picking up one of the clothing boxes when I feel him behind me. 

"You know," he says, his body inches from mine, making me way too aware of him. "We should have dinner sometime and catch up."

"You do remember that we're not actually friends, right?" I move away and he follows. I step left, he steps left. I step right, he steps right. I’m about to kick him out of the way.

"Maybe we can remedy that?" he whispers. I can almost taste his breath on my lips and I jerk back. 

"Maybe not."

EEP!! I'm so excited for y'all to meet Grayson and Brooklynn for real! Just a little over a week!

Falling by Design (Excerpt #2)

Hello lovelies, 

Can you believe it it's less than TWO WEEKS before Falling by Design is out in the world? Yeah, me neither. In the last teaser, you met Brooklynn and Dakota. Well, today, I bring you Grayson. Are you ready? 

He watches me, his eyes shining in the bright light of the diner. 

I squirm in my seat, unsure what to do with myself. My hands move from my lap to the table and back to the lap again. I shift left then right then left. I'm like a kid at her first adult church service who hasn’t learned how to sit still yet. I'm about to start climbing on chairs or coloring on the table. Grayson continues to stare, his fingers running over the ever present camera, now placed on top of the table, not exactly helping the situation any. Finally, as if unable to help it, he snaps a picture.

"Do you mind?" I hiss across the table, trying to keep my voice down. Grayson blinks at me. 

"Finally, a genuine reaction. I was beginning to think you've sold your heart on the black market." He's baiting me. I can see that plain as day. I should be the mature one and just let it go, but I can't help it. I rise to the challenge. 

"Is that what happened to yours? Did you bargain away your manners and common sense as well?" I take him by surprise with my words and his smirk freezes.

Grayson and Brooklynn ladies and gentlemen.
